I've signed up for a Family Conference given by a chapter of the Alz Assn. I just noticed that it's by Zoom and goes from 10:30am to 3:30pm.

Has anyone done one of these? I can't imagine sitting still (and without food or bathroom) for that many hours. Is the idea that you get a schedule and choose which sessions you want to attend?

    Choosing sessions to attend is the way it worked in person. But since you are on Zoom, all you have to do is mute your video and audio and take a break whenever you want.
