DH thinks there's more than one of me

My DH thinks there is a group of wives taking care of him. According to him, we all look the same and have the same name, and we all live in the same house, but he is never sure which wife he is talking to. He asks me questions like, "Which one of you carries the phone?", and "Which one of you did I talk to this morning?" At first, I tried contradicting his reality and insisted there''s only one me, but he got angry and thought I was lying to him. So I don''t contradict him anymore, I just go along with it.

I''ve been watching Teepa Snow videos trying to learn how to care for him, and she says not to contradict their reality. I''m worried about this though because I will soon need to bring in home health aides to help take care of him. I''m worried he''ll think they are all wives too. I''m worried he will be more confused about how many people are in the house. Or in the worse case, some unscrupulous person could defraud him by claiming to be another wife.
What''s the best way to deal with this situation?

Thanks! That helps me decide to go with an agency rather than with direct hire.
