block 411 call out

Does anyone know how to block outgoing 411 calls from a cell phone?  My DW is in MC and has a flip phone with Consumer Cellular.  They do not have a way to block it.  It is not really a smart phone, since she would not know how to use that, so call block apps can't be installed.

She dialed 411 , 92 times last month.  Any suggestions?

Have the phone "disappear" when you are there next or have staff take it when she isn't looking.  Maybe it needs to be sent to the repair shop and never comes back.

Short of taking away the phone, think about what she uses it for and put those buttons readily available on the home screen. Hide the calling out icon inside some random file. If she doesn't see it she may not think of using it.

So she's calling 411 about three times a day, if she called 92 times in a month. Not bad, considering the number of questions my partner asks me in a day (a lot more than three).  I'm not sure it's anything to worry about, if you don't want to take the phone away altogether.....
