Finally some good things come out from researching on youtube.

It is hard to move/transfer/change position of LO.

LO is not totally paralyzed, it is more like she is weak and does not know what to do with her body.

There are many youtube videos that teach you how to move LO with minimal strength and not breaking your back. It is just soooooo effective!!
