Another member posted this video a while ago on the "Spouse or Caregiver Forum"...I am thinking maybe Ed1937. Many here are already aware of the technique but I wanted to re-post for those who haven't seen it.  With a little practice, it is fast and easy to do.  Now that my DH is urinary incontinent, I am getting a lot of practice!

    Sure wish I'd seen that when Mom was still in Depends! Mom wore only lace-up old-lady-stability sneakers. I'm not sure I could have gotten her petite-sized Depends over the galumphers on her feet, but that technique is really good to have going forward. Thanks for posting!

    zauberflote...I know exactly what you mean about the shoes.  I do remove my husbands shoes, but not having to remove his pants every time is a real time saver!

    June,    That is a excellent idea I wish I had known that. You can also buy depends that have tape on both sides that makes it easier for changing. Thanks for sharing.
