It's too hot or too cold.  The HVAC system "is not working and needs to be fixed."  Doesn't believe the thermostat or has trouble dealing with it.

    Been there, doing that.  As hard as it is, going along to get along may be the best way to keep peace.  My LO sees rocks moving in the pasture, headlights in the driveway, the list goes on. 

    I agree as best I can and move on to a new topic.

    I have been dealing with this too. Every time I visit my Mom in the nursing home she has it hot in the room. I turn the thermostat to cool and even if the fan only comes on, she will go turn it to warm again immediately and comment "It's cool in here". We go through this every time I visit. Very frustrating. I think I will bring a jacket for her next time.
