 LOYAL TO GOD

GOD THOUGHT:  2 Chronicles 16:9 NIV

“For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him…”

me:  When we are stressed and overworked, that is just the right time for us Christians to ask ourselves if we still are being loyal to God in our heart, and are we still being loving to the people He put in our lives?  In order to stay committed to God, we need to pray for His wisdom and guidance as we make the time to worship and praise Him, as we make kind decisions for people who count on our help and as we find ways to get enough rest and relaxation.

Take Away Question:  What does it mean to be committed to the Lord?  Please feel free to share your thoughts on this verse below.

I'm thinking the definition of commitment is very different from person to person, situation to situation.  If I am committed to being the best daughter I can and honor her during her condition isn't that committment to the Lord?  We are made in his image and doing what he would do is committment.  Okay, I feel like I have mispelled the word commitment several times. lol
