We Stumble But Do Not Fall

Psalm 37:23-24

New International Version

"23 The Lord makes firm the steps

of the one who delights in him;

24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,

for the Lord upholds him with his hand."

Illness and taking care of those who are ill can wear us down and wear us out. But let's hold onto what the Word says in Psalm 16:11 NKJV "You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." Yes, our journey seems almost impossible, but if we focus on Jesus, He gives us the strength and direction we need. He will put joy in our hearts along the way. This is based on the ideas found in today's JESUS CALLING by Sarah Young.

Take Away: Jesus keeps you & me strong on the inside so we don't give up.
