You and I both know sometimes life feels like the pits. Either we feel awful or we're working/serving at something awful. But I have discovered when we focus our thoughts on our Creator who is our Heavenly Father, Savior, and the Holy Spirit, and we make time to thank and praise Him for small and large blessings, we immediately have a better attitude.

So right now, let's praise and worship the Lord who faithfully loves us and guides us., who walks with us and never leaves our side. If our life is tough, we need to pray more and praise more. It is the only way to stay positive and not give up because God is real and His help is real.

If we stay close to Him, He gives us the inner strength we need each day.

    thank you for the Bible verse. I could not caregive without prayer and songs from my church missal.  I pray to be stronger for facing the challenge as a caregiver.

    As usual Sis, you hit the nail on the head.  Just as nature abhors a vacuum, so it is with us.

    If we concentrate only on that which is wearing us down, there is no room for The One who can build us up.

    Philippians  4 : 6 - 8  ( NIV )

      6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
