Hello Virgil, here it is:  it is the most complete and detailed information I have ever seen regarding so much one may experience at the time of and long after NH admission; an excellent support guide and takes away much confusion and mystery:

This book was put together by a group in Illinois, Citizens For Better Care, that works with quality of care for who are being or have been admitted to NHs.  Multiple chapters, all worthwhile.   Hope it can be helpful in some way.
