excellent source of Support that I have found

I am fairly new to finally acknowledging my DH is suffering from dementia - probably alcohol induced + brain injury when he almost died from pancreatitis in 2018 (was on vent, had hit his head before he finally went to the hospital).  I have been consuming anything I can to help in this journey (probably very early, reading some of these posts - DH still cooks for himself and stays home alone while I am at work, even though his is wheelchair bound).  One source of suppport I found was on the YouVersion Bible App - it is a 7 day devotion called "caregiver".  I received so much comfort from it.  If you have a different faith, you may still get some support.  I cannot separate my faith from my life, so if Christian things creep in and you find this offensive, I apologize, and just skip my posts.  Can't promise that I won't share...

I wish there was a discussion board where Christians could meet with like-minded people.  If someone wasn't a believer they wouldn't be blocked, but I don't want to have to censor my thoughts so that I don't offend.  Maybe there is one, and I just don't know about it.

You are welcome to post faith-based opinions, others do so and I am not aware of anyone taking offense.  SKB, for example, posts thoughts that are purely Bible interpretations.  

Christians are welcome here.  So is everyone else.  

Some posters say things that tick me off, and some see the world very differently than I.  Nonetheless, I read everyone's posts, because all have things to offer.  I visit a couple of other social media sites, and I have an "ignore" list on them.  Not here.

I’m of the opinion that you can post about your beliefs, or almost anything else, as long as you don’t attack people  personally or be racist. Anyone who doesn’t agree can skip or ignore. Several people here make regular posts involving their Christian beliefs. I don’t know of another board like you ask about, but I have not looked, either.
