Great experience at a concert

My HWD is pegged at stage 5.5 with mixed dementia. He walks the dog and enjoys sitting on the deck watching birds. He does not engage in much other activity.

We went to a concert last night. It was an hours drive away, parking and access were easy (he is ambulatory but slow). He loved it. A couple of people engaged him in conversation and were kind. 

Travel (overnight) is challenging but events such as this to look forward to are on my list of things to do now.

    Oh yes! I plan to subscribe to concerts here in Orange County, CA...I really don't care how expensive it is as I know this will be something my husband will enjoy.
