I’ve shared less than most, however I gained alot of knowledge and peace from this group. 

My dear husband Paul passed away peacefully at home on Saturday the 28th. 

He was on hospice since early May.

You guys and gals made me laugh and cry but mostly I felt understood. 

I also made several good friends along this very sad journey.

losing a spouse is hard losing a love one to Alzheimer's is even harder, I am so sorry for your lose. May god bless you and help you through the next phase of your life, with out him.

Thank you all for your condolences. I do find peace in knowing Paul no longer suffers, however the empty sad place is being dealt with one day at a time.  The funeral and family strife is behind me. I am blessed with wonderful children, grandchildren and dear friends.
