What to tell DH about our move.....
We are moving to a house in a senior community. We have lived in our home for over 50 years and I know my husband would be livid if he knew I was planning on moving us. I am sure he will try to run away and go back to our home even though he can't find his way to anything familiar. He can barely walk most days. The kids all say it is past time to move.
I am planning on telling him that we are "staying in this place until my health gets better" but of course we will never move back. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what to tell him in the new place?

Farm Gal,
That sounds like a great plan. You probably will be asked over and over again when can we move back, keep it short and sweet. Short concise answers are the best.
By the way, love your chickens.

I do love my little ladies! I had to give them up a few years ago because of too much work with hubby. Thanks for your comments!0
