    Hi Paola,

Wow, Wow Wow as the 2021 report is so great and needed. This is by far the best report that has been created by ADI and others. I have two recommendations. Add just a little bit more about SNAP. Also, to include the full list of the known genetic biomarkers known as of today.  I have lost count of that but I think it was around 35 or more.

Thanks so much for this as I believe this will be a blueprint to help many to work on getting a diagnoses. Hope fully it will also educate medical staff.

Beautiful report but I am left questioning who/what it is for.

The charts and data are nice but I an left with the opinion that I started with. The major downfall is with the GP/PCP sector, This is not new news. We here have been discussing the diagnosis protocal for years stressing that the protocol be followed.

Why don't GP/PCPs know what to do and why do they not keep current? They are the frontline Drs.

Then come the neurologists who test and send us on our way.

Why is the most import thing....understanding the illness and treatment....left to PWD and/or their carecivers?????

II will  say this response  after  4 beers.  While  you  may know  much of this it is sad that many people  who have issues  do not know  were  to turn.  So hopefully  this will give them a idea on what steps the need  to take to figure  out what is wrong  with there  love  one.

AAs for as doctors  it is very very said as so many are clueless.  Maybe this may just  help them.  I am not sure it will  but it's  a good  start.

If this info is not disseminated to the Drs who Diagnose then how will the info get into the public. There has to be a way to get this to the public in small doses. The fact that all this info is now in one place is great....it can act as a resource but there has to be a simple vehicle.

That is why I asked about the endline purpose.
