Taking cookies To loved Ones

for those of you that take loved ones cookies the following recipe is yummy And soooo easy.

1 box lemon cake mix  1 egg.  2 cups thawed cool whip mix in large bowl.  

1/2 to 1 cup powdered sugar to roll cookies in.

Combine ingredients, batter will be sticky, form dough into Tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350.
