My dear wife passed away, Monday, October 4, 2021. She died peacefully thanks to medicine to keep her resting and comfortable. She suffered a lots from Alzheimer’s disease especially the last few months of her life which seemed to just spiral downward. This disease is just awful. I have learned a lot as a caregiver. To all of you who are dealing with or caring for anyone with any type of dementia, I wish you the best as you face the gruesome task of dealing with this illness. May God lift you up and make your burden light.
