can not access Spouse message board

This is the strangest thing. I can not access the Spouse message board and it says under maintenance. Has for the past few days. Any advice as to how I can once again access that message board?

    Turning the device off and then back on is my default fix. It most often works. Or try clearing your history.

    Clear the cache in your browser.  You will then be able to sign in.
