Bad... very bad

Stepmother has gone full out war with her estate planning attorney.  Apparently, they filed both a document revoking Dad's prenup and also a gift deed for my Dad's house, worth a little over $300k.  She's been spending about $20k a month, I'm thinking she may have cashed or remortgaged the house to get funds.  They've been going thru $20k a month and this would bankrupt my Dad's savings in about 33 months.  They also had a CME from her DO doctor filled out for my Dad that gainsays what his PCP, a Geriatric physician and a neurologist have told us.  I am beyond words at this point.  Lord save me from shyster attorneys.  My Dad was always so proud of how far he'd come and his pristine credit, stupid black card etc.  Now he can't even qualify for a basic free checking account.  I found out this when I tried setting it up as his SS Rep.  I am so very scared for Dad and I don't have any explanation for step mother's actions.  I thought she was acting out of fear and not understanding the culture.  I had treated her like an aunt until this past year.  Stepmother is no longer a consideration for me, my only focus and consideration will be my Dad's safety and security.  Stepmother bedamned.
