    I made it to the part about “burden and impact”….I worked for government and had to deal with government pubs, but this is not easy reading. I am glad people are thinking about it.

    II am waiting for the hard copy. I read about 20 pages so far. I will give my comments after I am done which will take me a long time.

     Wow I wasn’t not even aware of this but my comments and recommendations are in this book. So I need to disclose that. I thought it was okay over all but I have meeting with them to make some comments and recommendations.
