Bible Verse to Lift You Up 11/10/21

 PEACE OF CHRIST

GOD THOUGHT:  Colossians 3:15 NIV

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.”

VICTORY THOUGHT:  Deep in my heart is the peace of Jesus.

POWER PRAYER:  God of Peace, come to me in the craziness of my days.  Come into my heart; fill me with Your thoughts.  Amen

*

me:  I fought the whole idea being a caregiver many, many days.  I just wanted my freedom back, but when I prayed and realized God was teaching me about love through caregiving, I felt more at peace.  When I realized this was the job God gave me for this time in my life, I also felt more peace. I hope you too will pray for God's guidance and His thoughts.

I have thought that God was teaching me about patience and  hadn't thought that God was teaching me how to love through my caregiving but as I reflect on that I can see where you are exactly right.  I really feel I love my struggling husband more now than ever.

    Thanks for sharing!

My verse through our daily struggles has been 1Peter 5:7

O, who you believe, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”

One of the verses I love and keep in my mind a lot

In Phil 2:3.  Doing nothing from selfishness Or empty

Conceit , but with humility of mind , regard one another as more important

    Than yourself.

My new motto.  Do small things with great love.
