Thank’s friends! We’re doing well. My DH is still moving through the long middle of this disease. Still able to do his self care with a few reminders. But the gaps are increasing. It’s like Swiss cheese of the brain. So odd. He can build in his workshop but can’t remember or do some of the simplest things. He has to sleep now with a bed rail. His REM disorder has thrown him out of the bed too many times. I’m working on focusing on the good things. This extra time has given me the time to work through the hard memories and move forward. I needed that for the second half of this journey.
