Advice for Managing with Sexual Aggression

I was hoping to hear from the folks in the community on what may have worked for your loved one if you've gone through this. Since my father moved into a MC he has unfortunately fallen into a pattern of sexual aggression with the other female residents. Over the last two years, we have tried many different therapeutics but at this stage I am starting to feel despondent about ever getting this managed well.

They started out on Seroquel with a low dose 10 and ramped it up to 50  in combination with Xanax and Estradiol. When that didn't work they tried a round with Depakote and Geodon. This led to serious adverse effects (seizures) so he was tapered off. He’s now on a regimen of estradiol, klonopin and Tegretol, but the number of incidents are starting to increase again and we’re getting called a fair amount from the facility. While I am concerned about the staff and other residents safety I am loath to have this man drugged to the point where he can’t walk (yes this has been an issue). So rather than respond with yet another set of medications changes I have been asking for redirection and a PRN dose of the Klonopin.
To be honest I feel like we're not getting great advice from the PCP or the psych person from the facility. It feels like their approach is scattershot and it's worrisome.
Has anybody else been successful in managing this? What was your experience and what kinds of therapeutics were successful? Thanks all for your insights and guidance.
