My dear husband's journey ended Sunday night.  I feel empty and sick.  I miss him so much. Don't know what else to say except thank you to everyone on this forum.  God bless you all.

    May God's love sustain you in this difficult time. Your husband will always be in your heart. 

    This time can be a mix of relief that suffering is over but also a time of sadness and emptiness.

    My prayer for you is that memories of your husband will comfort you and even make you smile sometimes.

    I am so sorry for the loss of your DH.

    The mixed emotions are difficult to deal with...glad that he is now free of this terrible disease...and sorrow for the one you have loved well.

    May you find some peace in the good memories you shared.
