The falls just keep coming

My mil has had 4 falls since Dec 15. Two over backward (no walker) one over the top of her walker and one onto her butt after standing up. She paces constantly. Balance is crappy and the walker is not the problem except when it is the problem. Send your ideas. Maybe I’ll find one we haven’t tried yet.

That last one is tongue in cheek but highlights the issue, which is that it is impossible to keep your MIL from falling.  My own mother fell right in front of me, while holding on to her walker, breaking her hip.

I bought some a year ago and she wouldn’t wear them. I’ll try to remember where I put them!!!
