Magnesium Glycenate helpful for Alzheimers

Magnesium Glycenate is suggested to be good for sleep quality. We have been trying the supplement before bed with my mom, who has advanced Alzheimer’s. She typically will keep her eyes closed on the morning. Since starting the supplement she opens her eyes in the morning and seems more alert in general.

As with any supplement or over the counter meds, you should always consult with your doctor before using to be sure there will be no bad interaction with medications already prescribed.

James.. good to know and doesn't surprise me as the brain looses vital nutrients in the process of this disease.  My husband takes L- Tryptophan before bedtime but I had done some reading and  they were saying the necessity to supplement due to loss. So when he started to fail more, I added one more because I checked with my Holistic doctor and he was a lot better.  I think people are so programmed to use pharmaceuticals because that's what doctors deal with they don't know or believe otherwise what's out there to help. Bought my husband 20 years when I started to see signs of brain dysfunction,.  Keep up the good work...

    Good to know
