Legal Documents Finally in Place

We signed wills, Medical POAs, Statutory Durable POAs, living wills today.  I feel much better that we are at least in a better legal situation moving forward to whatever our future has in store for us.

Congratulations! I remember the sense of accomplishment! Now we’re working on prepaying cremation and buying cemetery niches. Always something but the legal docs is a biggie!

Congrats! I felt that same sense of relief when we got this done. Thanks to those on this message board for stressing the importance of doing this.

I, too, remember that good feeling of relief when we completed all of that. I procrastinated a bit on some of it, too. Last month I took care of cremation, etc details for both of us.  Now I'm working on DH's obituary, although not making much progress...

Stuck in the middle

We had already done a lot of that, but had to redo mine to remove DW as my POA.
