On another thread you mention putting a tracker on an email sent to see when it is read.  How do you do this?  I have AOL.  Thank you.

Iris it depends on what you're using for your email system.  I have microsoft, but the same option should be available on whatever you're using.  If this pic doesn't look familiar, then either use your help option, or google your specific software.  On mine, when I start an email, I can click the option tab and this comes up.  Then I can click the boxes by Request a Deliver Receipt or Request a Read Receipt.  Then when you send the email, you'll get an email when it arrives, and when it is opened.  Hope this helps
