 THANKFUL & WILLING

 Ephesians 2:10 Good News Translation

“For it is by God's grace that you have been saved through faith. It is not the result of your own efforts but God's gift, so that no one can boast about it. God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do.”

*

me:  Now that we are saved, hopefully, we are thankful and willing to do good works.  These good works God prepared for you and me.  This should fill us with enthusiasm for the day ahead because there is something special, small or large, we can do for our Lord.

*

TAKE AWAY THOUGHT:  Today, I want to do what is in God's plans for me.

    I find it always interesting to study Paul remembering that the messages of Paul and Jesus are fundamentally different.

    An informative read;

    T he Apostle Paul was a great evangelist. He is most responsible for bringing Christianity to the gentiles (non-jewish peoples) Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he was a citizen of Rome, thus found it easier to spread the Gospel.
