"Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]"

me: Pray. Do your part as the Holy Spirit guides you. Then collect your troubles and give them to the Lord. Trust Him! Do not take them back by thinking about them and allowing yourself to worry again. God knows what is best. He is in complete control. Have faith! "Do not let your heart be troubled."
