Thanks John…FWIW  Karen Tumulty did a wonderful article this week about how difficult it was for her family to help her brother with Asperger’s negotiate the health care system towards the end of his life. Very well written, insightful, sad. I’ll see if I can provide a link that’s not behind a paywall…
