DO NOT FRET
Psalm 37:1-2
New International Version
Psalm 37
Of David.
"1 Do not fret because of those who are evil
or be envious of those who do wrong;
2 for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away."
BELIEVE, NOT DOUBT
James 1:5-8
New International Version
"5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do."
FATHER OF THE HEAVENLY LIGHTS
James 1:17
New International Version

"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows."

Instead of sadness and anger, have faith in the Lord, pray and know He is already helping you to get through this.

KEEP SCROLLING, SORRY.

Worry doesn't help.

Faith in the Lord does.

CHOOSE FAITH IN GOD

not fear.
Pray for His help and practice over and over only allowing faith thoughts. It becomes easier.

Look at the complexity of nature, it's organization and beauty. There is an intelligent CREATOR.

Two of life's greatest treasures are having a church family and a caring pastor. Pray and choose your church wisely.

People need to stop talking, writing and thinking about how they've been hurt. Resentment only hurts us over and over again. Forget it and leave it with the Lord.

If you're having a difficult day, please take a few moments to just sit and breathe when needed.

If we find someone to pray for, someone to encourage, someone to help, our own spirits will rise.

We can say, "I can't" or "I can with the Holy Spirit's help." Everyday, we have a choice.

CAREGIVER POSITIVE SIDE
DON'T GIVE UP your hobbies and dreams just because you are a caregiver. Many hobbies can still be done when your loved one is watching TV or resting. If you have a dream, find out about it as much as possible. Anything you can do toward your goal will keep the dream alive and well in your heart.
If you ever thought about studying/reading about a certain subject or starting a new hobby you can do at home, what's making you hesitate? I know you are busy, but it is good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health to get off the merry-go-round several times a week. You'll be a more compassionate caregiver when you give yourself the gift of time.

Philippians 4:13

"I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me."

Yes - "Forget it and leave it with the Lord."

I have known a similar mantra - "Let go and let God."

Thank you for bringing this back to me.
