Has anyone here ordered from Kizik.com? The shoes look like they would be great for PWD. Just wondering how they would hold up. I'm considering either women's Prague or women's Eco-Knit.

I bought two pairs for my wife last year when they were on sale. They hold up well, made with real leather and fit her nicely.  You just step into them, no laces to mess with.  She no longer knows how to put them on, even though they're so easy to step into.  I find it easy to put them on for her.

Thanks for the quick answer. That's enough to make me try them.

Another vote here for Kiziks. I’ve bought my husband two pairs. They hold up very well. My husband feels a bit more self sufficient being able to put on his shoes on his own. I’ve thrown out all the Sketchers with crushed heels.

Kiziks are great!  My husband has 2 pairs one for over a year and still good.  So easy for him to put on.

Check to see how "unlaced/open" her shoes are when she puts them on. I know I could not get into these shoes...to closed up.

On my wife's shoes, there are a couple of velcro strips on the inside that can be adjusted to make them a bit more snug or looser.  It's easy to not notice the velcro or realize that they can be adjusted a little.  Not sure if that applies to what you are referring to.  My wife has edema in one leg/foot and I was able to adjust it to fit her foot.

Thanks for the comments. It's good to know the shoes are good, and every bit of new information is good when it comes to treading new water.
