Mom can't talk anymore

Hello, I haven't wrote much. I need to say that I am better now. My mother's illness has mentally hurt me plus COVID added more mental conditions. I am seeing a therapist and started working again, I haven't worked for 3 years. It's a start. My mom doesn't recognize me now close to a year and as the title says, cannot talk anymore. However, I still see her weekly, just left the nursing home. We prayed, I fed her, played her Italian old music and I actually got her to smile and laugh a little. I left feeling guilty again, I always feel I could do more. So I decided to come on here, just to speak my mind. I hope everyone has a nice Easter! God The father, Jesus Christ and the Holy spirit be with you all!!

Glad you are doing better. It sounds like you are doing as much for your mother as anyone could, and I wish you a blessed Easter as well.0
