Some times  the strongest among us are the ones who smile through silent pain,
cry behind closed doors and fight battles nobody knows about.

    Strictly my opinion. I think there are those who smile through silent pain, but I'm not sure they are the strongest among us. I think those who do that suffer needlessly at times, or at least more than they have to. That's why it's so important to ask for help. What I'm talking about is strictly related to dementia. I'm sure there are those of us who are carrying another cross, unrelated to dementia, and don't discuss it.

    Sometimes the strongest among us are those who are able to see the humor in painful circumstances, fight battles based on their values and are able to experience joy in ways Lady Texan demonstrated for us time and time again.
