What to do about care

I'm at a crossroads with care. Orignally in January my LO fell and broke his hip. while in the hospital he developed dilirium, later diagnoses as VD in March. I still have caregivers but only 6 days a week 8 to 4:00 daily.  I'm thinking of cutting back even further as my LO is doing so well.  If I let my caregivers go, they will find other jobs that need them. I'd have to start over finding help. We are with an agency who is reputable, but it's taken me some time to get them in place. I don't want to eat up all my benefit with my LTCI.  Any ideas for feedback?
