Reading a clock

My LO is in stage 7a per hospice. Yet she can look at a watch and still tell time.

Is this normal?

I think everyone is different and will maintain different abilities.

It might be wrong, but I don't pay very close attention to the stages. It may become important later, but I do not focus on that. I am aware of them. I know my mother is in the moderate/advanced stage. She can still read words, numbers and letters. She wouldn't be able to read a clock though unless it was digital.

    Hi Saya -

agree with Fesk - each LO so different.  My mom is beginnings of stage 6, can still play the piano and even read the music with no problem. Yet forgets if she has a grandchild (she has 4 + 2 greats), and will confuse me with her sister.  So reading a watch at stage 7 seems a bit amazing to me, but we just never know.
