Support for adults who grew up with an alz parent

Does any one know of a support channel for  adults who grew up with a parent with dementia.  They are not the caregivers, nor were they, but wrestling with the relationship is a real struggle. I’m thinking of something equivalent to ACOA programs through AlAnon.  Thanks
