UNION WITH JESUS

John 15:5 AMP

   

"I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing."

me:  Prayer, worship, praise and meditation on Jesus' Words are what we need to stay in union with Him.  A good time to do this is when we first wake up before the needs of the day distract us.  Then we are ready to face the work the Lord has given us.

TAKE AWAY:  We serve and love others best when we have a close relationship with our Lord.   And continue to pray throughout the day.
