Canadian doctor is author; I really like him, and he cares about the patient as one can tell from his writing.   I think the title misleads a bit - the dynamics he discusses really covers many different  behaviors with acting out or shouting, ranting, etc.

The screening dynamics he relates can cover many different aspects of dementia issues - with what to look for and take into consideration at any level of care needs.

I would take his assessment and considerations to heart for any part of the dementia issues.  No real med changes except for what is already being used, but he stresses the value of non-drug approaches in a realistic way that is actually applicable and not, "pie in the sky" so to speak.
