Don’t understand my selfishness

Robyn seems extremely apathetic (3.5 years post diagnosis) and I’m having a really tough time getting back the aggressive, romantic person I married. 

I know it won’t get better. I know eventually she will leave. (I’m really trying to be realistic as bad as it sounds) 

So I’m looking for female email company to help me though this 

This just sounds so weird to me, but yet so calming. 

Anyone else?

I was talking to a friend about putting dh in memory care at some point, and the friend asked, carefully, about "conjugal visits." I allowed that it might be possible, but for many the romance got drowned in the caregiving, so it's either nothing, or shopping around on the side.
