Hi all, and thanks again for the great information on this forum.  As I read other postings, I had questions about the various documents referenced, and found this helpful article from the National Institute on Aging.

DH = Dear Husband
DW= Dear Wife, Darling Wife
LO = Loved One
ES = Early Stage
EO = Early Onset
FTD = Frontotemporal Dementia
VD = Vascular Dementia
MC = Memory Care
AL = Assisted Living
POA = Power of Attorney
