Chronic headache after Covid vaccine

I haven't Stuck, and don't find anything in the literature-which one did she get, if I may ask? Have you mentioned it to her doc?0

Can she describe the headache to you? As in which part of her head actually hurts and what it feels like? Maybe it’s allergies, sinus pressure or a migraine? Or maybe it’s part of the dementia as in: her head actually hurts because of the brain atrophy? Is it possible that she’s using the word headache to describe things that are something totally different because she can’t remember the word she actually means?
I’ve not heard of a long term headache from the vaccines, although I did have a short term one from my first Moderna vaccine. I suppose anything is possible though.

On very rare occasions, delayed but persistent headaches are related to blood clots in the brain caused by the vaccines (the CDC singled out the Johnson & Johnson vaccine but it it can be caused by any of the vaccines).
This is a very rare response to the vaccines, but maybe it is worth checking out.

Thank you for your replies.DW had the Moderna vaccine and the headaches began within the week. Her whole head aches, from the ears up, whenever she is awake. It isn't bad enough to keep her awake, from enjoying reading and TV, but it's a constant dull ache with intermittent warmth of the forehead and about a half degree of "fever".
She has had allergies and sinus troubles all her life. This is different.
The neurologist tried a couple of migraine meds and ruled out meningitis etc. with a spinal tap and pressure test. All he could suggest is some kind of inflammation, probably related to the shot.
I urge her to eat foods with flavinoids but she has never thought much of the concept of eating what's good for her rather than what tastes good, so that's not been real effective.

I know a few people with issues, migraines and tinnitus after the shot. Quercetin (flavonoid) in pill form is helpful, you could probably hide it in applesauce. I give it to my FIL when he has sinus congestion too and it helps clear him up.0

Stuck I looked again this morning, nothing that I can find related to anything chronic like you're describing. Glad other causes have been ruled out, sounds like it was very appropriate.
