NYC Area: Recommendations for caregiving

Hi Everyone, 

My father lives in Brooklyn, NY. He currently has 24/7 live-in help. The aide, however, can't lift him out of bed on her own, so he's bedbound for most of the time. I'm looking for an organization/agency that can send help during the week for a few hours a day to assist my father's aide with cooking, cleaning, helping him out of bed etc. 

Can anyone recommend a nice trustworthy agency or organization? One covered by Medicare or VA services would be great, but I know that can't always happen.
