FORGIVE OTHERS

 

GOD THOUGHT:  Luke 6:37

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”

 

VICTORY TRUTH:  I obey Jesus by overlooking the faults of others and setting my heart on forgiveness.

 

POWER PRAYER:  Compassionate Jesus, give me a heart that is forgiving and fosters a positive attitude.  Amen.   Prayer written by my co-author, Jan Melichar-Utter.

Take Away:  When we are facing difficult relationships, every morning let's pray and set our hearts on forgiveness.

Amen! I couldn't walk this path with my Mom without my relationship with God! He gives me the strength and peace to deal with everything that comes along in a day.

Our son and daughter-in-law gifted me a Pocket Bible Devotional for Men, knowing the stress of caring for a PWD. My DW is in moderate stage.

I read from the devotional every morning while my DW is sleeping. One passage I read that I bookmarked hit home with me.

1 Thessalonians 5:14 ; I will paraphrase-Take tender care of those who are weak. Be patient with them all.
