CBD interaction with prescription meds

I have been reading Hoot's question about gummies and some very helpful rsesonses, but I am wondering how they would interact with Prozac and Aricept. Has anyone seen any medical studies about the issue?

    Yes; gummies can and do interact with some prescription meds including those prescribed for other conditions besides dementia including heart meds. Some gummies contain THC; others contain CBD.  The THC gummies especially must be chosen with caution for type of THC used.   Regarding effects with prescription drugs from both types of gummies is very important, and best to check with not only one's physician, but also with one's pharmacist.  No shortcut to being careful before starting; must do one's due diligence to not cause avoidable problem issues.
