Family Caregiver Alliance is offering a free online Webinar class on the topic of Caregiver stress on Agust 31; if you are interested, the following will provide some information and provide a link to enroll:

They have a wonderful online newsletter that comes at intervals and is also at no cost. It has multiple topics of interest to caregivers as well as providing updates on important information including changes in laws or new laws pertaining to the topic of caregiving, etc.  I found it well worth signing up for.
