welcome to the forum.  I don't have an answer to your question, but a suggestion:  probably not a great idea to post your private email address.  I would consider changing your forum name?

Hello, I do not know of a specific caregiver's application. However, you can use Google/Microsoft calendar (there are probably others too). You develop a specific calendar for care and share to a group.

I don't have a specific app to recommend but believe there are several. A word of caution on using an app - be careful what information you are storing there if you don't have a backup. I was using an app and had years of my mother's medical history in it - without having it written elsewhere. The developer stopped supporting the app, and I lost all the information. I couldn't even find a way to contact the developer.

My sister and I have been using "Family Wall"  found at https://www.familywall.com/

We use the free version although the pay version offers more features.  This allows us to color code appointments by the individual and have contact information for all the medical people Mom sees like her eye doctor, retina specialist, primary care doctor, as well as other common contacts like her hairdresser or close friends.
