Exercise Suggestions?

The local senior center just canceled my dad's favorite light exercise class and I am looking for something to replace it. Does anyone have any online/youtube classes that their PWD enjoys and can follow without assistance? 

My dad has a Lewy Body Dementia diagnosis and the class he enjoyed was a straightforward light cardio class.

AARP has free online virtual classes for members and non- members.  I do them with my mom.  You can go to all sorts of classes.  You do need to register for each individual class and they will send you an email link for each class.

Thanks for sharing. My neighbor will need it too.  He is overweight and the doctor said it would be good to lose some of it. So I found https://betterme.world/articles/1500-calorie-diet/ and read a lot of great low-calorie recipes there. This is great, but sports are also never superfluous

I exercise daily,1/2 miles speed walk then 40 pushups. Sit-ups.20 leg raises
