Monitor clothing changes

As long as she is comfortable and her cloths are clean, I really don't think it matters. One less thing for the both of you to have to worry about. If this bothers, you maybe you can ask one of the aides to remind her to change. Take Care, Hugs Zetta0

Her care plan should include something that notes she should be in clean clothes and appropriately dressed. If you're concerned that clothing changes aren't happening, then discuss with the director-I think this is a pretty common thing. The director can talk with staff to find out if she's routinely doing laundry, changing her clothes, or they can start watching to see what's getting done.
My mom rehangs her dirty clothes, so I put everything I can find that's been worn in the laundry basket each week. If she is still doing her laundry, maybe you'll have to get it into the hamper. If you think your mom isn't doing her laundry you can ask the AL to do it. (Amazon sells soft clothing labels by Avery that are good to label clothes with, in case you need something like that).
A problem at my mom's AL is that she sometimes won't answer the door when they knock to pick up the laundry. We're still working on that--the staff won't go in if she tells them she doesn't need them.
